Corey's Landing home sells for $3.55 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between November 9 and November 13. A home in Corey’s Landing tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Francis Kulp, trustee, and Ronna Romney sold the home at 3550 Mistletoe Lane to Richard and Renee Ackley, of Longboat Key, for $3,550,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,750,000 in 2004.

Grand Bay II
Marybeth Bisson, trustee, of Norfolk, Mass., sold the Unit PH2101 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Francis Kulp, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $2,450,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and 4,074 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2007.

Orchid Beach Club Residences
Robert and Laurie Wolfe, of Sarasota, sold their Unit A 602 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Frida Israel-Bagel, of Surf City, N.J., for $1,979,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,245,000 in 2005.

Robert and Susan Tobin, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 536 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Arthur and Madeline Naval, of Longboat Key, for $837,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2012.

EGMT Group LLC sold the Unit 201 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Heidi Krockta, of Foxboro, Mass., for $475,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,500 in 1981.
