The following residential real estate transactions took place between November 8 and November 12. A home in Shumard Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey and Nicole Labelle sold their home at 1112 N. Casey Key Road to Ryan Featherstone, trustee, of Sarasota, for $4.4 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,356 square feet of living area. It  sold for $2.15 million in 2002.

SARASOTA

Marina Tower

BJWT LLC sold the Unit 1004 condominium at 1233 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Carolyn Gable, trustee, of Sarasota, for $2.8 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,906 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.4 million in 2017.

The Moorings at Bay Pointe

Susan Lynn Chapman, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1621 Bay Point Court to Allen and Patricia Shipes, of Oklahoma City, for $2,125,100. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,546 square feet of living area. It  sold for $337,500 in 1993.
