The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 2 and June 6.

A home in Fiddler Bayou tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Karen Melk sold their home at 4300 Higel Ave. to Jeffrey and Susan Jones, of Sarasota, for $10.25 million. Built in 2008, it has six bedrooms, six baths, three half-baths, a pool and 8,623 square feet of living area.

Harbor Acres
John and Brenda Cannon, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1390 Harbor Drive to Veronica Meuser, of Sarasota, for $1,975,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,154 square feet of living area.

Linnie Jarvis, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1708 S. Orange Ave. to David and Diana Sells, of Sarasota, for $510,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 1,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1987.

DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold three properties at 7208 Melaleuca Way to David Lehman and Steven Kempton, of Sarasota, for $460,000. The first, built in 1956, has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,017 square feet of living area. The second, built in 1956, has two bedrooms, one bath and 540 square feet of living area. The third, built in 1965, has one bedroom, one bath and 544 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $350,000 in 1999.
