Washington Drive to Vicki James, trustee, of Auburn, Ind., for $10.6 million. Built in 1936, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,817 square feet of living area. It sold for $3 million in 2003.

Mary Ellen MacIsaac, of Greeneville, Tenn., sold the home at 6529 Gulfside Road to Jeff Nalin and Karmen Kamla, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $3.45 million. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 4,524 square feet of living area. It sold for $775,000 in 1992.

Thomas Foley, of Tavares, sold his Unit A-501 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Michael Brookshire and Temple Brookshire, trustees, of Chattanooga, Tenn., for $3.2 million.
