A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kevin and Joanne Creel, of Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, sold their home at 3970 Roberts Point Road to EFT Florida LLC for $6.2 million. Built in 2015, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,028 square feet of living area. It   sold for $2.3 million in 2016.

Terence Bingham sold his Unit 1006 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to Anatoly Temkin and Alla Barskaya, of Dennis, Massachusetts, for $950,000. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It   sold for $925,000 in 2006.
