A home on Fishermens Bay Drive tops all sales in this week’s real-estate transactions. Robert Siuda and Carol Wright, of Elgin, Ill., sold their home at 8963 Fishermens Bay Drive to Fred and Karon Yates, of Sarasota, for $910,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,805 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $790,000 in 2002.

Osprey Avenue
U.S. Bank National Mortgage Association, trustee, sold the home at 602 Ohio Place to Edward and Sheila Zachowski, of Sarasota, for $595,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $799,800 in 2008.

Alinari
John Dorian, of Duval, sold his Unit 1417 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Salam Shafie, of Sarasota, for $549,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 2007.

Cherokee Park
Jeffrey and Patricia Meehan, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1655 South Drive to Clarence and Michelle Reilly, of Sarasota, for $545,000. Built in 1949, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 2,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2004.

Nettle Seabrooks, of Detroit, sold her Unit 1912 condominium at 988 Boulevard of the Arts to Joy Beauchene, of Sarasota, for $515,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1994.

Todd Smith, personal representative, sold the home at 1781 Shoreland Drive to Jeffrey and Kendra Poleshek, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area.

Vicki Mitchell, of Fort Myers, sold her home at 303 Myrtle Ave. to Kimberly Grundy, of Nokomis, for $206,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 2002.

Paul, Jane and Matthew Reynolds, of Celebration, sold their Unit 402 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to A. Margaret Galli, of Sarasota, for $203,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $263,000 in 2004.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the Unit 1305 condominium at 7770 Fairway Woods Drive to Ralph and Cynthia Evans, of Sarasota, for $165,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,749 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2005.

Bernard Leonard, trustee, sold the Unit 201-N condominium at 6310 Midnight Pass Road to Space Management Group LP for $875,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,009 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2005.

136401 Canada Inc. sold the Unit 602 condominium at 5750 Midnight Pass Road to Bradley Hauser and Kathleen Schillo, of Excelsior, Minn., for $750,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,286 in 1990.

John and Susan Hoskins, of Buffalo, N.Y., sold their Unit A-3 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Roger and Nancy Hitchcock, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,500 in 1999.
