A condo at The Residences tops all sales in this week’s real-estate transactions. Ilene Mirman and Ronald Piasecki sold their Unit 1604 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to Uzi and Varda Ruskin, of Sarasota, for $2.8 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,943 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.8 million in 2001.

Cherokee Lodge
Fifth Third Mortgage Co. sold the home at 1509 S. Lodge Drive to Matthew Otto, Sarasota, for $2.02 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,760 square feet of living area.

Salam Shafie, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 906 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Moussa Shafie, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 1,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2008.

Richard Messer sold his home at 1732 Cunliff Lane to Robert Taylor, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1949, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $198,000 in 1997.

Lee Schulman and Cathy Goldberg, of Fairfield, Ohio, sold their Unit 4F condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Adam Walker, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,577 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $64,000 in 1977.

JP Morgan Chase Bank NA sold the home at 532 Commonwealth Lane to Jennifer Sisson and Abrhim Roostaion, of Sarasota, for $546,500. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,610 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2006.
