Ranch home sells for $425,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 15 and June 22.

A home in Edgewater Village tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Wilhelm and Christine Michel of South Bend, Ind., sold their home at 6616 Topside Terrace to Juan Mesia Lia Gonzalez, Lakewood Ranch, for $425,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2004.

Watercrest
Paul and Linda Dukor, Bradenton, sold their unit 202 condominium at 6340 Watercrest Way to David and Annette Coats, Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $471,100 in 2005.

River Club South
Richard Sorgnard and Lisa Biesterfeld-Sorgnard of Broken Arrow, Okla., sold their home at 10516 Firestone Drive to Bradford Dillingham, Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,141 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2004.

Moorings at Edgewater
Beverly and V. Clayton Lafferty, trustees, sold the unit 202 condominium at 6535 Moorings Point Circle to James and Kristine Murphy, Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $527,500 in 2003.

GreyHawk Landing
Keith and Leslie Sultana, Bradenton, sold their home at 267 Petrel Trail to John and Nancy Mays, Bradenton, for $365,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,865 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $737,500 in 2005.

Residences at University Groves
The Fidelity Co. Inc. sold the home at 3635 80th Drive E. to Auangpan Boyls, Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,591 square feet of living area.

River Club North
Bank of America NA sold the home at 6417 Spyglass Lane to Brian and Misty Pope, Bradenton, for $358,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $406,000 in 2008.

Braden Woods
Dennis Perrault, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 6101 93rd St. Circle E. to Margaret McKoan, Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,625 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $321,400 in 2007.
Kevin Cass, Personal Representative, Bradenton, sold the home at 9402 64th Ave. E. to Maria Delazzer, Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,413 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Joseph and Pierrette DeSimone of Williamsville, N.Y., sold their home at 6435 Royal Tern Circle to Stanley and Judith Goble, Lakewood Ranch, for $325,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,600 in 2005.

Dominic Bowser and Claudia Cooper of Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, sold their home at 13474 Purple Finch Circle to David Nelson and Pamela Plummer-Nelson, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $569,000 in 2005.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Relo Direct Inc. sold the home at 5360 Creekside Trail to Brad and Kimberly Galbraith, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in March.

Moorings at Edgewater IV
HSBC Bank USA NA sold the unit 201 condominium at 6512 Moorings Point Circle to Robert Gendron, Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,344 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2005.

Summerfield Village
Dianna Herron, Sherry Meeks and Bobby Rhea sold their home at 6601 Buttonbush Court to Eduardo and Maria Gorgas, Lakewood Ranch, for $205,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,100 in 1997.

Beacon Cove at River Place
Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 6919 67th Terrace E. to Ecaterina and Eugeniu Gheorghe, Bradenton, 34203, for $200,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,424 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,600 in 2002.
