The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 14 and July 20.

Mary Mugnier, trustee, sold the home at 7049 Kingsmill Court to Clifford and Joan Christenson, Bradenton, for $687,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,957 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Robert and Carol Knutson, Hollywood, sold their home at 22296 Panther Loop to John and Josephine Leavy, Bradenton, for $535,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
Lee Wetherington Homes Inc. sold the home at 14426 Sundial Place to Terry Gubbins, Bradenton, for $485,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,109 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Douglas and Elvira Saunier of Canton, Ohio, sold their home at 7633 Camden Harbour Drive to Vinod Prasad, Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2007.

Edgewater Village
