Gregory Hetter and Anita Pihl, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4829 Featherbed Lane to Thomas Abbondante and Heather de Troeyer, of Holmdel, N.J., for $835,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $805,000 in 2001.

Owl Real Estate Inc. sold the home at 364 Avenida Leona to Bob Cummins, of Bradford, Pa., for $600,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,431 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 1994.

Sara Sands
Juergan Stahl and Eva Synek-Stahl, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5025 Higel Ave. to Janice Heilbrunn, of Matawan, N.J., for $550,000. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $642,000 in 2004.
