Lady Mustangs improve to 6-0-1

The Lakewood Ranch High girls soccer team improved its record to 6-0-1, defeating Southeast 6-0 Nov. 23 and finishing in a 3-3 tie with Clearwater Central Catholic Nov. 24.

Kaitlyn Kerrigan led the way for the Lady Mustangs with three goals against Southeast and one goal against Clearwater Central Catholic. Kristen Hagaman, Sarah Miller and Deana Haller each added a goal against the Lady Seminoles while Miller and Haller also tallied goals against the Lady Marauders. Lakewood goal keeper Katherine Somodi recorded a combined five saves.
