Siesta Key home sells for $1 million

A home in Siesta Beach tops all transactions from Nov. 6-9.

Susan and Gary Leive, of Buncombe, N.C., sold their home at 608 Tremont St. to Maria Marin, of Fullerton, Calif., for $1.05 million. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,867 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.06 million in 2005.

Sara Sands

Vinland Holdings Inc. sold the home at 5046 Windward Ave. to Eva-Maria Fabi, of Baldham, Germany, for $645,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,784 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in May.

Island Reef
Cheryl Muszynski, of Brookfield, Wis., sold her Unit A403 condominium at 8764 Midnight Pass Road to DPT Property LLC for $562,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,286 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $755,800 in 2005.

Moorings
Judith Freeland, of Middletown, Ohio, sold her Unit 6 condominium at 9060 Midnight Pass Road to Linda Jensen, trustee, for $320,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $143,500 in 1994.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates

Evie Bolten, of St. Simons Island, Ga., sold her home at 2118 Tanglewood Drive to Michael Blasewitz, of Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1992.
