The Braden River High girls soccer team tied Palmetto 1-1 in Class 4A-District 10 action Dec. 8.
Junior Rachel Hassen scored the Lady Pirates lone goal off an assist by Ashley Nelson. Goal keeper Amber McCullock recorded seven saves.
Braden River will return to action Dec. 18 in the Sarasota Holiday Classic.
