Ranch Country Club home tops sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 27 and Nov. 3.

A home in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Paul and Brooke Coniglio of Newtown, Conn., sold their home at 7041 Beechmont Terrace to Julio Spinelli and Debora Valentinuzzi, Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,884 square feet of living area.

Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club
Vincent and Janis O’Brien sold their home at 13926 Siena Loop to David and Doreen Morin, Lakewood Ranch, for $375,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $376,000 in January.

David Eike sold his home at 7435 Riviera Cove to William and Patricia Henningfeld, Bradenton, for $310,500. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,400 square feet of living area.

Frederick Fischer and Mark Charyn, Bradenton, sold their home at 7025 Woodmore Terrace to Susan Feinstein, Lakewood Ranch, for $249,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,500 in 2001.

Greenbrook Village
Richard and Janet Pavlisin, trustees, of Concord, Ohio, sold the home at 14136 Nighthawk Terrace to Richard and Joann Kanishak, Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $362,500 in 2004.

Claudio and Juanita Groppetti sold their home at 13844 Wood Duck Circle to John and Enriqueta Manhold, Lakewood Ranch, for $351,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,488 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $382,800 in 2004.

Rosedale VII Golf and Tennis Club
Francis and Barbara Lynch, Brooksville, sold their home at 5203 88th St. E. to Michael and Dawn Conner, Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two and two half-baths, a pool and 1,934 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2004.

Riverdale Revised
Connie Snook of Frederick, Md., sold her home at 4408 Swordfish Drive to John Thels Jr., Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,494 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $762,500 in 2005.

Mill Creek
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 710 137th St. N.E. to Shawn and Deann Burton, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,449 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $316,300 in 2002.

Lucas and Paula Lynn, Patterson, Ga., sold their home at 1130 133rd St. E. to John and Tiffany Smith, Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,102 square feet of living area.

Bay Holdings Inc. sold the home at 13543 Fourth Ave. NE. to Sally Walters, Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,095 square feet of living area.

Lawrence and Laura Smith, Sarasota, sold their home at 13631 Second Ave. N.E. to Kevin and Ashley Brosnan, Bradenton, for $212,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,067 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,000 in 2005.

Larry and Linda Shepherd, trustees, sold their home at 8111 Planters Knoll Terrace to Michael Scalcucci, Bradenton, for $267,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,500 in 2003.
