Cardinal Mooney sings songs for global outreach

Through its Global Outreach program, Cardinal Mooney students have been conducting video conferences with Iringa Girls Secondary School, in Iringa, Tanzania.

To raise money for the program, the school’s Musical Theater Ensemble performed holiday tunes Saturday, Dec. 12, at a Barnes and Noble book fair. A percentage of net sales from the book fair was donated to the program. The funds will help establish computer laboratories in secondary schools, furnish electrical capacity and create educational materials for research.
