Timothy and Teresa Finley, of Osprey, sold their home at 620 MacEwen Drive to Frank and Marie Mineo, of Osprey, for $895,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,809 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,200 in 2000.

Nigel Parker, of Windsor, N.J., and Norma Parker, Sarasota, sold their home at 616 Oak Bay Drive to Leonid Indoursky, Sarasota, for $231,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two and one half baths, a pool and 2,333 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2005.

Robert Shepherd, Susan Whitney and Janet Shepherd Meier, of Perry, Iowa, sold their Unit 205 condominium at 6208 Midnight Pass Road to Charles and Susan O’Neill, of Walla Walla, Wash., for $560,000.
