The Lakewood Ranch High varsity wrestling team defeated Braden River 58-13 Dec. 16 while the junior varsity squad shut out the Pirates 70-0.
Larry White (135), Kevin Garza (171) and Ryan Praizner (189) all won by pin for the junior varsity. Josh Alvarez (119), Nick Schilson (140), Scott Pfalzgraf (152) and Chris Massaro (189) pinned their varsity opponents.
