A home on Casey Key sells for $9.9 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 24 and Dec. 1. A home in Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marcia DuCharme sold her home at 1588 N. Casey Key Road to Watersite Invest LLC for $9.9 million. Built in 1993, it has six bedrooms, six baths and two half-baths, a pool and 7,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $5 million in April 2005.

SARASOTA
Stillwater on the Bay
Terence and Robin Conti, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 1655 Bay Harbor Lane to SRQ Holdings Inc. for $2.2 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 6,402 square feet of living area.

Marblehead
Robert and Kristy Lonsdale, Sarasota, sold their home at 2554 Marblehead Drive to Robert and Diana Herron, Sarasota, for $365,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,067 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in March.

Condominium on the Bay Tower II
Joseph and Priscilla Gratton, Cortez, sold their Unit 710 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Joy Beauchene, trustee, Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2002.

Phillippi Landings
PL Development-A Inc. sold the Unit 505 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Michael and Barbara Morton, of Moorestown, N.J., for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area.

Indian Beach
Cynthia Branigan, of Mercer, N.J., sold the home at 4215 Sarasota Ave. to Keelie Christman and B. Caren McCourtney, of Sharon, Conn., for $210,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 1,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2002.

Gulf Gate Woods
Heidi Korsch, personal representative and SunTrust Bank trustee, and Rebecca Leonard sold the home at 2500 Carlisle Place to Grace Levin, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,979 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $114,000 in 1981.

Point Crisp
Jinna and James Hart sold their home at 1229 Point Crisp Road to Clinton and Susan Pierce, Sarasota, for $1,150,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,987 square feet of living area.

Otto and Erika Soeding sold their Unit 223 condominium at 223 Tenacity Lane to William and Linda Collis, of Roanoke, Ind., for $850,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2001.

Siesta Cove
David Smith, Sarasota, sold his home at 5223 Siesta Cove Drive to John and Jacqueline Royal, of Grand Island, N.Y., for $625,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,300 in 1991.

Morgan Florida Property LLC sold the Unit 408 condominium at 6300 Midnight Pass Road to David and Magda Pokorny, of Granada Hills, Calif., for $610,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2003.

Timothy and June Schaefer sold their Unit 1005 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to Konnie Marshall and James and Doris Wick, of Centerville, Ohio, for $600,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2000.

Graham Shorter and Joanne Colombo sold their Unit 204 condominium at 6518 Midnight Pass Road to Jared and Beth Lundgren, Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2000.
