John and Gloria Sweeney, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6930 Brier Creek Court to Guy Selph and Lynda Sikora, Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,775 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Ferdinand and Jamie Becker, Sarasota, sold their home at 10005 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Donald and Dawn Morin, Bradenton, for $540,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,294 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $533,000 in 2003.

Langley Park
Kalgoorly Limited sold the home at 7006 Langley Place to Kenneth and Judith Soha, University Park, for $535,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,668 square feet of living area.
