A home on Flower Drive tops all sales in this week’s real-estate transactions. Margaret Varner and E. Billue Guignard, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1808 Flower Drive to Julie Campbell, of Sarasota, for $1.9 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,585 square feet of living area.

Howell and Madge Mayo, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1632 Lake Shore Drive to Tracy Gapin, of Sarasota, for $675,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,482 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 1996.
