Siesta Key home sells for $1.6 million

A Mira Mar Beach home was the top real-estate transaction for the week of July 1 through July 6. Linda Styles, of Sarasota, sold her home at 99 Beach Road to Brent Cooper, trustee, for $1.65 million. Built in 1940, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,742 square feet of living area.

Siesta Town House
Brian and Carol Erdelyi sold their Unit 207 and 208 condominiums at 4532 Ocean Blvd. to Lewrich Holdings LLC, for $1.05 million. Both were built in 1963, and each has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $1.05 million in 2007.

Siesta Isles
Peter and Mary Gravelle sold their home at 5613 Cape Leyte Drive to Christopher and Cynthia Ebert, of Willard, Ohio, for $875,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,332 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2004.

Peppertree Bay
Renate Kerstan, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 503AA condominium at 1055 Peppertree Drive to Reinhard and Adele Sawall, of Hartland, Wis., for $680,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2003.

Fishermans Cove
Michael and Patricia Charity, of Kings Park, N.Y., sold their Unit A211 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Chris Simollardes and Bette Simollardes, trustees, for $462,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $468,000 in 2003.

Dorothy Tyler, trustee, sold the Unit 203-B condominium at 110 Vista Hermosa Circle to Ronald and Carol Roeder, of Cape Coral, for $215,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,000 in 1998.

Laurence and Penny Deitch, of Bingham Farms, Mich., sold their Unit 203 condominium at 101 Sunset Drive to Melissa Wood, of Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,938 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2008.

Mimi Walker, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 302 condominium at 1762 Bay St. to Dale Montgomery and Lewis Core, of Sarasota, for $610,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1995.

S. Moneer McKenney, of Palmetto, sold her Unit 503 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to William and Janet Kenyon, of Sarasota, for $470,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,500 in 1982.

GTRE No. 109 LLC sold the Unit 1109 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Georgia Court, trustee, for $330,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one bath and 895 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,800 in 2007.

Marbella
Richard Cameron, of Sarasota, sold his home at 4160 Via Mirada to Steven Bush, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $453,200 in March.
