A South Creek Drive home tops all sales in this week’s real-estate transactions. O. Thaxter and Willett Blalock, of Sarasota, sold their home at 501 S. Creek Drive to Scott and Heidi Stevens, of Osprey, for $925,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,956 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 1998.

Della Hale sold her Unit 3F condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Charlotte Williams, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,654 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,000 in 1986.

San Remo Estates
Patricia Stiles, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3615 Tangier Terrace to John Levitt, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,956 square feet of living area.

Woodbridge Estates
Marvin Eichenblatt and Sharon Tannenbaum sold their Unit 21 condominium at 2685 Moss Oak Drive to MEBE2 LLC for $318,400. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,297 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2007.

Phillippi Landings
MARAC Inc. sold the Unit 202 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to Jose and Ivelisse Berio, of Sarasota, for $299,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area.

James Rainey and Franklin Kelleher, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7425 Midnight Pass Road to Alfred Kuehn, of Auburndale, Mass., for $670,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $860,000 in 2005.
