Siesta Key home sells for $1.2 million

A home in the Siesta Key community of Sandy Hook tops all sales in this week’s real-estate transactions. Keith and Linda Monda, trustees, sold the home at 124 N. Sandy Hook Road to Stephen and Diane Lambert, of Lake, Mich., for $1.27 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.89 million in 2007.

Paradise Island
Steven and Alexandra Whitmore sold their home at 331 Avenida De Paradisio to Paul Tan and Alison Young-Tan, of Sarasota, for $740,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,930 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in
2005.

Sarasota Beach
U.S. Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 224 Island Circle to Robert and Brenda Hinkle, of Purcellville, Va., for $625,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,423 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
Wachovia Bank NA, trustee, sold the Unit 308 condominium at 5924 Midnight Pass Road to Gary and Karen Gibbs, of O’Fallon, Ill., for $625,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,000 in 1977.

Casa Blanca
Steven and Regina Vagun and Aleksandr Vayserman sold their Unit 13 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to Ann Marie Davis, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2003.

Harbour Towne
Guy Warren sold the Unit 215 condominium at 1271 Dockside Place to David Broecker and Tori Kirkegaard, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1987.

Siesta Revised
David and Mary Lee, of Carmen, Ind., sold their home at 144 Garden Lane to Ilya Rudiak, trustee, for $329,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,702 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,000 in 2004.

SARASOTA
Johnson Estate
Lois Bennett, trustee, sold a home and a vacant tract of land to Beatriz Orive, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Both the home and land are located at 1630 Kenilworth St. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,835 square feet of living area. The vacant tract of land has 12,455 square feet of area. They previously sold for $135,000 in 1988.

Robert Yan and Quinn Halford sold their home at 5516 Lucia Place to William and Dolores Boedeker, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,033 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $313,600 in 2003.
