Neal Communities of Southwest Florida Inc. sold the home at 7317 Lake Forest Glen to Thomas and Mary Howe, Lakewood Ranch, for $491,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,205 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Jason and Nicole Rubin sold their home at 21910 Deer Pointe Crossing to Luis and Alcira Brenes, Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three and one half baths, a pool and 3,556 square feet of living area.
