Dave Dillon, Herm Hipson, Dan Brierton and John Digirolamo shot 52 to win the Lakewood Ranch three-ball event May 2 on King’s Dunes. Jay Lilien, Joe Bonstein, Ed Singleton and Vito Melfi shot 65 for second place. George Hagar,Van Johnson, Nick Costides and Steve Fournier finished in third place with a 72.

Millie Fellin, Jane Hipson, Dari Oglesby and Glenda Auxier shot 119 to win the two best balls of four Nassau Women’s Golf Association event May 5 on Cypress Links. Mary Scharf, Wendy Diamond, Lynn Bonrstein and Donna Forsyth shot 58 to win the front nine while Sandra Lescher, Geri Judd, Darlene Stewart and Ann Kurshan shot 59 to win the back nine.

Dan Stewart, Ken Miklos, Kevin Rubin and Dan Perka shot 158 to win a three best balls front, two best balls back Men’s Event May 9 on King’s Dunes. George Hagar, Bob Kloss, Van Johnson and Henri Quintal finished in second place with a 159. Ron Steffens, Ray Saint, Bob Lape and Bob Rauscher finished in third place with a 160.

Paula O’Connor, Donna Forsyth, Glenda Auxier and Marie Saint shot 139 to win the 1-2-3 on 3-4-5 Women’s Golf Association event May 12 on King’s Dunes. Jane Hipson, Lynn McCrary, Valerie Duva and Kerstin Sundstrum finished in second place with a 139. Ann Kurshan, Yolanda Dwyer, Margo Lacivita and Erma Zoon finished third with a 140.

Natalie Walters and Judy Wayer both shot 35 to tie for first place in a Net Stableford Ladies Golf Association Event May 2. Kathy LaStella shot 34 for third place.

Alicia Moody shot 67 to win the Low Net LGA event May 9. Yvonne Raine finished in second place with a 74.

Rachel Willet shot 31 to win the Individual Low Net “3 Clubs and a Putter” nine-hole LGA event May 5. Jena Troxell finished in second place with a 35.

Carole Kakos shot 35 to win Flight 1 of the RLGA Even Sevens event May 7. Toni Cicchetti finished in second place with a 39. Darlene Hoffmann shot 37 to win Flight 2 and Mary Naylor finished in second place with a 41.

Kay Wolkenberg, Linda Vanderpool, Connie McCarthy and Tonya Spiers shot 29 to win the best ball of four event May 7.

Maria VanBrunt, Libby Edwards, Nancy Kopniksy and Lilly Omarsdottir shot 122 to tie Paulette Bourgeois, Rita Schwanke, Jan Lambright and Proxy Brazzamano for first place in a two best balls of four LGA Summer Guest Day event May 5.

Gerry Felty used his 3-wood to record an ace May 4 on the 170-yard No. 11 of Waterlefe Golf and River Club.

Avril Plowright shot 42 to win Flight 1 of the Individual Net Stableford Ladies Day event May 5. Mary Hansen shot 42 to win Flight 2 while Judy Werner shot 39 for second place. Lori Gregori shot 38 to win Flight 3.

Patti Piazza, Pauline Dickson, Becky Cutin and Rosalyn Warner shot 55.5 to win the Ladies Day Scramble event May 12. Mary Hansen, Barbara Gleason, Kay Brocki and Carol Rodgers shot 57.4 for second place.
