Douglas and Carolyn Holder, of Sarasota, sold their home at 136 Osprey Point Drive to Deborah May, of Osprey, for $3.17 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, six-and-three-half baths, a pool and 6,881 square feet of living area.

First State Bank sold the home at 2159 Hawthorne St. to Cody and Laurel Dolly, of Sarasota, for $322,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,861 square feet of living area.

HSBC Bank USA NA, trustee, sold the home at 1928 Rose St. to Bas and Jennifer Verhagen, of Sarasota, for $294,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2003.

Leslie Gray, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2328 Cass St. to Sara Gray, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2003.
