Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,588 square feet of living area.

Charles and Linda Ward, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 6222-B condominium at 6222B Midnight Pass Road to Space Management Group LP for $937,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,179 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 1987.

Debra and John Orena, of Rockaway, N.Y., sold their home at 738 Siesta Key Circle to Kenneth and Janet Zuerblis, of Long Valley, N.J., for $900,000. Built in 1974, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,397 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 1998.

Christinie Heider, Sarasota, sold her Unit 331 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Robert Williams, of Muncie, Ind., for $735,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 852 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $301,000 in 1997.

Brian Harvey, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 335 Avenida Milano to Geoffrey and Heather Palmer, Sarasota, for $502,800. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2002.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the Unit 2 condominium at 6810 Midnight Pass Road to Mark Bennett, Sarasota, for $255,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,890 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $830,000 in 2004.
