Phillippi Landings condo sells for $1.1 million

A condominium in Phillippi Landings tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Oct. 7 to Oct. 14.

PL Development-B Inc. sold the Unit 804 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Veronica Meuser, of Sarasota, for $1.12 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,530 square feet of living area.

John Thompson, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1789 Loma Linda St. to Thomas Daly, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $712,500 in 2005.

Indian Beach Estates
Victoria Hurd sold her home at 637 Mecca Drive to Steve and Pamela Antonetti, of Valpo, Ind., for $295,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in
2005.

Phillippi Landings
Virgil Barber Jr., of Sarasota, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to John and Carol Garber, of Castle Rock, Colo., for $260,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $548,400 in 2006.

Larry and Linda Perkins, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1038 Contento St. to Robert and Barbara Risbridger, of Madison, Conn., for $780,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2005.

Peppertree Bay
Robert Weitzel and Joan Cory, of Osprey, sold their Unit 112 condominium at 1019 Peppertree Drive to Samuel and Janette Petersheim, of Arthur, Ill., for $475,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1984.

Thierry Sagnier, of Falls Church, Va., sold his Unit G-28 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to Vicki Dursch and Byram Strayer, trustees, for $395,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $43,000 in 1977.

Bonus Properties Inc. sold the home at 567 Venice Lane to Mara Daidone, of Sunderland, Md., for $389,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1987.

Sonja Holland, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 118 condominium at 711 Beach Road to Kevin and Jeanne Kane, of Annandale, N.J., for $365,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 927 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2004.
