Concession home tops real estate transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 29 and Oct. 9.

A home in Concession tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. FB Holdings LLC sold the home at 8306 Farington Court to Hartmut and Elisabeth Gerhard, Bradenton, for $1.05 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in April.

Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club
Barry and Kathleen Grayson, Bradenton, sold their home at 13218 Lost Key Place to Rodney Williams and Deirdra Bradley-Williams, Lakewood Ranch, for $917,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $890,700 in 2005.
Edward Thornburg, Lutz, sold his home at 7935 Royal Birkdale Circle to Charles and Shirley Dunn, Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,716 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2007.
