Crescent Siesta Key condo sells for $1.5 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 15-21.

A condominium in Crescent Siesta Key tops all transactions this week. Daniel Marr and William Stoops III, of Indianapolis, sold their Unit AS301 condominium at 6512 Midnight Pass Road to Siesta Crescent Partner LLC for $1.5 million. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2006.

Grove Heights
Gezim and Renata Kodra, Sarasota, sold their home at 1939 Grove St. to Randy and Mary Edington, Sarasota, for $310,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,148 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $512,500 in 2005.

SIESTA KEY
Siesta Beach
Joerg and Joan Blaser, Sarasota, sold their home at 5024 Commonwealth Drive to Rudolf and Margit Luerzer, of Lauterach, Austria, for $1,021,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,468 square feet of living area.

Somerset Cay
Charles and Jean Houser, of Huntsville, Ala., sold their Unit 24 condominium at 9122 Midnight Pass Road to Michael and Joan Fenster, of Hillsborough, N.J., for $815,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,558 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,125,000 in 2003.

Siesta Revised
Capital One NA sold the home at 101 Garden Lane to Arlene LaMarca, Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,257,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
Janet Nicklies, of Jefferson, Ky., sold her Unit 302 condominium at 5924 Midnight Pass Road to Andrew Bryan II, trustee, of Dallas, for $637,500. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1986.

Beachaven
Clint and Susan Madden, Sarasota, sold their Unit 5 condominium at 5858 Midnight Pass Road to Ronald and Kathleen Salgado, of McHenry, Ill., for $276,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, one bath and 693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2005.

Neil Marinovich and Barbara Budd, Sarasota, sold their home at 4813 Benchmark Court to Richard and Sheila Brumberg, Sarasota, for $440,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,809 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in
1997.

Stoneybrook Clubside South
Joseph Lammert, trustee, Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 4308 condominium at 9610 Club South Circle to Linda Loparco, Sarasota, for $199,900. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $119,900 in 1995.

Stephen and Kathleen Mendolia, Sarasota, sold their home at 239 Park Trace Blvd. to Lewis Hadovski, Osprey, for $425,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,707 square feet of living area.

Verne and Janice Blackwell, Osprey, sold their home at 17 Landlubber Lane to Jeffrey Dufloth, Osprey, for $420,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-and-half baths, a pool and 2,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2005.

Willowbend
Robin Pallastrone, Osprey, sold her home at 572 Crane Prairie Way to Charles and Diane Cooper, Osprey, for $290,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,177 square feet of living area.

Bay Oaks Estates
Nancy Jeffries, of Englewood, Colo., sold her home at 810 Oak Pond Drive to John and Virginia Schwarz, of Greenbrier, Tenn., for $250,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2004.
