Morning Glory Ridge homes sell for $1.6 million

A three-home sale in Morning Glory Ridge tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Oct. 22-27. Vision Homes of Southwest Florida Inc. sold three homes to Bonus Properties Inc. for $1.55 million. The first house is located at 6274 Parmeron Lane, the second at 6270 Parmeron Lane and the third at 6260 Parmeron Lane. All three homes were built in 2007 and have four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,719 square feet of living area.

SARASOTA
Floyd’s
C&M Holdings LLP sold the home at 1847 Prospect St. to Bonus Properties Inc. for $523,900. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $453,900 in 2007.

Riverwood Oaks
Francine and Raymond Landry, of Weaverville, N.C., sold their home at 2299 Riverwood Court to James Bourgoin, of Sarasota, for $270,200. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $119,000 in
1982.

Poinsettia Park
Wayne and Susan McCooeye, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1937 Goldenrod St. to William Cogger, of Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 888 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2003.

Alessandro and Tina Ciaccio, of Sarasota, sold their home at 239 Island Circle to Serge and Raphaelle Sondak, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,619 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $679,000 in 2005.

Siesta Harbor
Kelli Meeks sold the Unit 107 condominium at 1250 Portofino Drive to Jody Shore and Dianne Silver, of Ontario, for $257,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2007.

John Skiba, of Longmeadow, Mass., sold his Unit 1323 condominium at 9651 Castle Point Drive to Donald Rice, of Sarasota, for $283,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,900 in 1996.

Lakeshore Village
Pauline Russo, of Spencer, Ind., sold her Unit 67 condominium at 3923 Wilshire Drive to Barbara Sylvain and Brian and Kimberly Pennington, of Sarasota, for $185,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,000 in 2000.

Arielle on Palmer Ranch
HSBC Bank USA NA sold the Unit 1903 condominium at 4513 Streamside Court to Cynthia Forte, of Sarasota, for $180,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,554 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in 2005.
