Ranch homes top week's transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 21-26.

Two homes in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club top this week’s real estate.

National Residential Nominee Services Inc. sold the home at 7906 Royal Birkdale Circle to Joseph Rich and Barbara Weaver Rich, Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,177 square feet of living area. The home previously sold for $1 million in 2006.

John Bertke, trustee, sold the home at 7626 Desert Inn Way to Barbara Carlson and Trond Nyhus, Lakewood Ranch, for $365,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,145 square feet of living area.

Braden Oaks
Bruce Campbell and Ellen Campbell, Bradenton, sold their home at 6505 44th Ave. E. to Lee and Marlo Lane, Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,833 square feet of living area. The home previously sold for $205,000 in 1998.

Riverdale Revised
M. Pete McNabb Inc. sold the home at 185 Americas Cup Blvd. to Louis Schaefer, Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,180 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Barry Daniels and Carmen Daniels sold their home at 6511 Flycatcher Lane to Robert and Maureen Asterita, Lakewood Ranch, for $337,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $407,200 in 2004.

Samuel and Erin Rainer of Murray, Ky., sold their home at 14230 Cattle Egret Place to Brian and Rebecca Huff, Lakewood Ranch, for $220,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2008.

Rosedale 5 Golf and Tennis Club
Peter Lake and Jennifer Strockbine sold their home at 8731 52nd Drive E. to Chester and Mary Lake, Bradenton, for $285,500. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,823 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,500 in 2001.

Mill Creek
Cartus Financial Corp. sold the home at 1135 Mill Run E. to Douglas Bueschel, Bradenton, for $285,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $374,900 in 2008.

GreyHawk Landing
Martha Stephens of Phoenixville, Pa., sold her home at 12222 Lavender Loop to Floyd Monroe, Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $434,900 in 2005.

Braden Woods
Bruno and Wendy Biasetto of Albuquerque, N.M., sold their home at 9118 64th Ave. E. to Jeffrey and Cherie Vajdik, Bradenton, for $225,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,246 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2005.

Tailfeather Way at Tara
Liberty Savings Bank FSB sold the home at 7613 Teal Trace to Arthur and Kisha Gaines, Bradenton, for $214,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,200 in May.
