Lakewood Ranch home sells for $650,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 3-17.

A home in Lakewood Ranch Country Club Village tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Steve and Kelly MacKinnon, Bradenton, sold their home at 7305 Desert Ridge Glen to John and Nicole Birmingham, Bradenton, for $650,000.

Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club
Joseph Kandel, Bradenton, sold his home at 6935 Lacantera Circle to Raju and Sunita Lakhwani, Bradenton, for $600,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,702 square feet of living area.

Rosemary Poole, Bradenton, sold her home at 7241 Lake Forest Glen to Joseph and Judith Amato, Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,292 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2007.

Thomas and Toni Huartson sold their home at 7720 Latrobe Court to Nancy Hogue, Lakewood Ranch, for $400,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,125 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $561,500 in 2006.

River Club South
Robbie and Carin Painter of Broadlands, Va., sold their home at 7653 Harrington Lane to David and Randi Greenfield, Bradenton, for $515,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,001 square feet of living area.

Stephen and Janet Daniels of Essex, England, sold their home at 10050 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Robert and Belinda Metelko, Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,772 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2001.

Jeffrey Flach sold his home at 7328 Pine Valley St. to Dwain and Christine Jansson, Bradenton, for $385,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2005.

Jeffery and Donna Holloway of Norman, Okla., sold their home at 8215 Quail Greens Terrace to David and Sarah Berry, Bradenton, for $500,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,905 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2007.

Bryan and Aimee Fricke, Bradenton, sold their home at 7746 Camden Harbour Drive to Arthur and Karen Jones, Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,893 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $483,200 in 2004.

Thomas and Linda Wagner, trustees, of Murrysville, Pa., sold the home at 8135 Abingdon Court to Craig and Deborah Roser, Bradenton, for $440,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two and one half baths, a pool and 2,551 square feet of living area.
