Siesta Key home tops week's transactions

A home in Waterside Wood Siestas Bayside tops all real-estate sales for the week of Sept. 25-30. John and Sally Laskey, of Sarasota, sold their home at 620 Mangrove Point Road to Eduardo and Jane Marin, of Sarasota, for $2.22 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,122 square feet of living area.

Raymond Delaney, of Sarasota, sold his Unit D condominium at 71 Avenida Messina to Linda Wheeler, of Sarasota, for $1.65 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,603 square feet of living area.

Jan Hale and Karen King, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6957 Belgrave Drive to Gary McDermott, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,288 square feet of living area.

John and Nancy Dolansky, trustees, sold the home at 455 Island Circle to Kuria LLC for $375,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,366 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 5475 Shadow Lawn Drive to Claudia and Dennis Finlan, of Sacramento, Calif., for $335,800. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $694,000 in 2006.
