McClellan Park home sells for $2 million

A home in McClellan Park tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Oct. 1 to Oct. 6. Branch Banking and Trust Co. sold the home at 2231 Oriole Drive to Ashok Sastry and Shree Shah, of Sarasota, for $2.02 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, six baths, three half-baths, a pool and 8,162 square feet of living area.

Oyster Bay Estates
Martin and Martina Reisky, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1841 Lake Shore Drive to Frederick Yturralde and Jennifer Goodman, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,252 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $925,000 in 2005.

Jennie Jacobson, personal representative, sold the home at 1521 Lake Shore Drive to Virgil and Lynn Grow, of Sarasota, for $585,000. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 1998.
