Lakewood Ranch home sells for $1.35 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 27 and July 30.

A home in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Joaquin De Monet of La Quinta, Calif., sold the home at 7018 Portmarnock Place to Stephen and Dana Jacobs, Bradenton, for $1,350,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 6,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,550,000 in 2007.

River Club South
Alan and Carole Thompson of Pwllehli, North Wales, sold their home at 7634 Tralee Way to Daryl and Lauren Bernstein, Bradenton, for $500,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,713 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2006.

Greenbrook Village
Carl and Sylvia Rinne of Nanvet, N.Y., sold their home at 14250 Sundial Place to Vincent Vizzaccaro and Michelle Morris, Bradenton, for $415,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,111 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $419,000 in 2008.

Thomas and Kari Coletta sold their home at 13207 Swallowtail Drive to Diane Morrison, Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,947 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,300 in 2004.

Michael and Carol Gingerich sold their home at 6229 Macaw Glen to Shane and Kristen Raniere, Lakewood Ranch, for $250,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,700 in 2002.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., trustee, sold the home at 6665 Windjammer Place to Keith Stansell, Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 2,692 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2004.

Riverdale Revised
Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union sold the home at 3915 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Frank Glorioso, Palmetto, for $290,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,173 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2004.

Lexington
Craig and Jessica Jackson, Ellenton, sold their home at 11441 56th St. Circle E. to Robert and Linh Gordon, Parrish, for $237,300. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,663 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,600 in 2005.

GreyHawk Landing
Louis and Carole Estes, Bradenton, sold their home at 12506 Cara Cara Loop to Amy Pintavalle, Bradenton, for $225,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $278,100 in 2004.
