Bill Clinton to speak at Town Hall lecture

The Ringling College Library Association will hold its Town Hall lecture at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, at Van Wezel. The featured speaker will be former President Bill Clinton, whose lecture celebrates the 30th year of the Ringling lecture series and the 35th anniversary of the RCLA.
