A home in Siesta Isles tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Aug. 13 to Aug. 18. Equity Trust Co. sold the home at 5523 Contento Drive to James and Camilla Houghton, of Sarasota, for $760,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and 1,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in January.

Richard and Judith Di Ruzza, of Longmeadow, Mass., sold their Unit 302-F condominium at 8767 Midnight Pass Road to Rodrigo and Carmen Garcia, of Sarasota, for $409,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,900 in 2000.

George and Barbara Lose, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 209 condominium at 6500 Midnight Pass Road to Riccardo and Maddalena Bumbaca, of Ontario, Canada, for $365,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2003.

RMS Residential Properties LLC sold the Unit 4 condominium at 9030 Midnight Pass Road to Stephen and Karen Tierney, of Philadelphia, for $222,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,280 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $136,000 in 1996.
