Rico's offers slice of clever marketing

Outside of Rico’s Pizzeria in Gulf Gate, an alligator statue sits on the sidewalk. We happened to catch this gator with a pizza slice hanging from its mouth, which Rico’s owner, Mark Riley, says helps to reel in customers with its cheesy aroma. However, it also reminds patrons that the gator isn’t an ashtray.
