Panther Ridge home tops sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 18-21.

A home in Panther Ridge tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Daniel and Theresa Morrow sold their home at 20220 69th Ave. E. to David and Cathy Kneeland, Bradenton, for $500,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,136 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2004.

Riverwalk Ridge
Stephen and Sarah Spaulding of Hay Market, Va., sold their home at 12210 Lobelia Terrace to Steven and Suzanne Marcinko, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2006.

Mill Creek
James and Christine Bickel, St. Petersburg Beach, sold their home at 13609 Third Ave. NE. to Robert and Vicki Hudson, Bradenton, for $317,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,829 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2006.
Donald and Juliet Stuart, Parrish, sold their home at 14711 21st Ave. E. to Randy and Marlene Smith, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,451 square feet of living area.

Myrtle Tidd of Marquette, Mich., sold the home at 5919 Sandstone Ave. to Richard and Ellen Klein, Sarasota, for $273,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,856 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $163,700 in 1996.

Gerald and Gwendolyn Kozlowski of Richmond Hill, Ga., sold their home at 12574 Cara Cara Loop to Carole and Louis Estes, Bradenton, for $258,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,723 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $408,900 in 2005.
