Given a mystery basket of four ingredients, from which he created a roasted red-pepper-and-garlic filet served over bok choy with a savory blueberry sauce, Libby’s Café + Bar co-owner and General Manager Joe Seidensticker took the culinary helm at the recent “Justice is Served” chef cookoff competition, which was held in March, at the Polo Grill. He captured two awards — one for best presentation and the other for best taste — at the event, which drew more than 100 people who helped raise $14,000 for Legal Aid of Manasota.
