River Club home sells for $500,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 2-4.

A home in River Club South tops this week’s real estate. Terence and Carolyn Sullivan, Bradenton, sold their home at 7319 Pine Valley St. to Michael and Kelly Polivchak, Bradenton, for $500,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $724,000 in 2005.

EAST COUNTY
Lorraine Road
Global Property Solutions LLC sold the home at 3519 Lorraine Road to James and Tammy Weger, Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,607 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2006.

GreyHawk Landing
Bank of New York, trustee, sold the home at 12707 Kite Drive to John Armonda, Bradenton, for $367,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2006.

Heritage Harbour
Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 8723 River Preserve Drive to Diane Hoelle, Bradenton, for $365,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two and one half-baths, a pool and 2,661 square feet of living area.

Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club
LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7428 Wexford Court to Neusa Spendlove, Lakewood Ranch, for $293,500. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,141 square feet of living area.

Longpond at Mote Ranch
Raymond Baker and Antoninette Falchi, The Villages, sold their home at 6813 Superior St. Circle to Philip and Donna Bradshaw, Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2005.
