Cameron George and John Mason, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1420 Westbrook Drive to Susan and Jon Newsome, of Sarasota, for $1.13 million. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,040 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2007.
