Riverdale home sells for $850,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 5-9.

A home in Riverdale tops this week’s real estate. Investment Services Inc. sold the home at 540 Fore Drive to Neil and Rena Doniger, Bradenton, for $850,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,711 square feet of living area.

EAST COUNTY
Langley Park
Thomas and Diane Stikeleather of Gallatin, Tenn., sold their home at 7018 Langley Place to Mark Miller and Linda Zuffa, Bradenton, for $650,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $965,000 in 2005.

Waterline Road
Greg and Sheila Oberhofer, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 17525 Waterline Road to Christopher and Rachele Lesser, Bradenton, for $570,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,096 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
ACPA Land Investments LLC sold the home at 12509 Thornhill Court to Robert and Charlotte Hodes, Lakewood Ranch, for $441,000. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two and one half-baths, a pool and 2,384 square feet of living area.

Treymore at Villages of Palm-Aire
Nancianne Adams and Deborah Crader, trustees, and Jeanette Miller sold the home at 7012 Treymore Court to Emile and Francoise Adamyk, Sarasota, for $440,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2006.

Elaine Kaup, Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 9515 Royal Calcutta Place to Mary Raynor, Bradenton, for $429,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,701 square feet of living area.

Nicholas and Josephine Baudo, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 620 River Crane St. to Peter and Janine Murray, Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $423,000 in 2007.

Lennar Homes LLC sold their home at 8819 River Preserve Drive to Johnny and Joan Hughes, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,098 square feet of living area.
