Nicholas and Josephine Baudo, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 620 River Crane St. to Peter and Janine Murray, Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $423,000 in 2007.

Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 8819 River Preserve Drive to Johnny and Joan Hughes, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,098 square feet of living area.

Robert Verdone and Lisa Pendleton sold their home at 6413 Grand Point Ave. to George and Sondra Thompson, University Park, for $314,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,142 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $296,300 in 2000.
