Six homes in The Country Club of Lakewood Ranch top this week’s real estate.

Investment Service Inc. sold the home at 7024 Lacantera Circle to Utahna and Jeffrey Smith, Bradenton, for $1.71 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five and two half-baths, a pool and 6,006 square feet of living area.

David and Anne Rourke, Bradenton, sold their home at 12523 Highfield Circle to Robert and Patricia Bradbury, Bradenton, for $1.5 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, five and one half-baths, a pool and 6,753 square feet of living area.

Judith Engle, Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 7957 Royal Birkdale Circle to James and Ann Feil, Lakewood Ranch, for $700,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,800 square feet of living area.

Frank Brenner, Sarasota, sold his home at 7958 Royal Birkdale Circle to Charles and Sandra Niesen, Bradenton, for $675,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $784,000 in 2003.

Ian and Julie Cutmore, Bradenton, sold their home at 7304 Desert Ridge Glen to Christopher and Patricia Eckstrom, Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four and one half-baths, a pool and 3,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2005.
