Siesta Key home sells for $2.3 million

A home in Mira-Mar tops all real-estate transactions from March 29 to April 2. James and Verna Gibson, trustees, sold the home at 8109 Midnight Pass Road to Tim and Maureen Wilson, of Mystic, Conn., for $2.3 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,910 square feet of living area.

William and Deidre McLeod, of St. Johns, sold their Unit B condominium at 67 Avenida Messina to Andrew and Pamela Trapani, of Sarasota, for $1.82 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 3,532 square feet of living area.

Rodney and Maura Hightower, of St. Louis, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to Ryan and Mary Dopirak, of Newton, Wis., for $830,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2003.

Gary and Terry Gummerson, trustees, sold the home at 1039 Contento St. to the Tina F. Hague Trust Agreement for $500,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area.
