Gulf and Bay Club condo sells for $1 million

A condominium in Gulf and Bay Club tops all real-estate transactions from July 2-9. Robert and Eleanor Wolfe, trustees, sold the Unit 401 condominium at 5740 Midnight Pass Road to Bella Vista Gulf and Bay Corp. for $1.06 million. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2007.

Ken and Andrea Weissleder, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4909 Featherbed Lane to David Weinman and Debbie Reichig, of Scarsdale, N.Y., for $940,000. Built in 1955, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,868 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 1994.

Mario and Tammy Dentici, of Sarasota, sold their home at 829 Idlewild Way to Stephen Witzer, trustee, for $800,000. Built in 1975, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,696 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2001.
