Ryan and Tracy Fox, Bradenton, sold their home at 8380 Catamaran Circle to James and Kim Longhitano, Lakewood Ranch, for $975,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,519 square feet of living area.

Magnolia Manor
Bonnie Wolfgram, Bradenton, sold her home at 1621 64th St. Court E. to Frances Wasserman and Elizabeth Scher, Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1985, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,522 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1992.

Greenbrook Village
Neil and Rena Doniger, Bradenton, sold their home at 13227 Brown Thrasher Pike to Otto and Mary Jack, Bradenton, for $550,500. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,875 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $632,100 in 2005.
