Edgewater home tops sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 13-15.

A home in Edgewater Village tops this week’s real estate. Francis and Tracy Kelly, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6612 Topside Terrace to Andrew and Elizabeth Burchard, Bradenton, for $550,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $546,500 in 2004.

River Club South
Stephen and Yoko Massingale, Bradenton, sold their home at 7536 Harrington Lane to Charles and Dorothy Tirrell, Bradenton, for $490,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2004.

Lee Gauthier and Jean Gauthier, trustees, sold the home at 10140 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Roy Bass, Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,778 square feet of living area.

Winding River
Apostolou-Berset 2 LLC sold the home at 1019 143rd St. N.E. to Sheri Horger, Bradenton, for $435,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,302 square feet of living area.

Watercrest
Paul and Stephanie Lang, Bradenton, sold their unit 401 condominium at 6465 Watercrest Way to Francis and Tracy Kelly, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $647,700 in 2006.

Gregory Hnatin and Marion McFadden of Weaverville, N.C., sold their unit 301 condominium at 6350 Watercrest Way to Daniel and Margaret Conner, Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $487,300 in 2005.

Robert and Karolyn Glenn, Sarasota, sold their unit 404 condominium at 6474 Watercrest Way to Gordon and Sandra Mickelson, Bradenton, for $327,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2006.

U.S. Bank National Association, trustee, sold the home at 13324 Swallowtail Drive to Bridget Maguire, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,583 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $624,900 in 2005.

Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch
Ann Hauser of Ocean View, Del., sold her unit 8 condominium at 8446 Miramar Way to Michael and Kimberly Koen, Bradenton, for $315,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $454,700 in 2008.

Kenneth and Sandra Stokes, Lakewood Ranch, sold their unit 20 condominium at 8406 Miramar Way to George and Susan Bayer, Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 2,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2007.
